What is Aftercare?
Aftercare is the long tail of recovery: weekly alumni groups, monthly community events, continued individual therapy, and sober-living referrals. It's included for every client who completes a program with us.
Most relapses happen in the months after formal treatment ends. Aftercare exists to make that window less lonely — and to make asking for help again feel normal instead of shameful.
