Three to five sessions a week, morning or evening, so treatment fits a life you're rebuilding.

Intensive outpatient programming is three-hour clinical blocks, three to five times per week, in morning or evening tracks. You keep working, studying, or parenting while staying closely connected to a care team.
IOP is where insight becomes habit. Groups stay small, the same clinicians follow you throughout, and family sessions keep the people who love you part of the plan.
If two or more of these sound familiar, this is likely the right level of care to discuss.
Structured, predictable, and paced so there's still room to breathe.
Five sessions a week, focus on triggers and safety planning
Four sessions a week, trauma work and family therapy begin
Three sessions a week, relapse prevention and life goals
Aftercare plan, alumni group, and continued therapy set up
Every plan is assembled from evidence-based modalities, matched to the person.
Most PPO plans cover a significant portion of treatment — often all of it. We verify your benefits at no cost and explain exactly what's covered before you commit to anything.

Addiction and mental health rarely arrive separately. Our clinicians are licensed to treat both, together.
"I've been through treatment before. This was the first time it actually felt like people cared whether I made it."
