Overview

What is IOP?

Intensive outpatient programming is three-hour clinical blocks, three to five times per week, in morning or evening tracks. You keep working, studying, or parenting while staying closely connected to a care team.

IOP is where insight becomes habit. Groups stay small, the same clinicians follow you throughout, and family sessions keep the people who love you part of the plan.

What we treat

Related conditions we treat

Addiction and mental health rarely arrive separately. Our clinicians are licensed to treat both, together.

"I've been through treatment before. This was the first time it actually felt like people cared whether I made it."
